Product range

Four grades, one pigment family.

All four products are copper phthalocyanine derivatives. The blues differ by crystal modification; the green is a chlorinated version of the same base molecule.

Manufacturing

From synthesis to dispatch.

Every batch runs through the same five stages, with testing before packaging — not after complaints.

Stage 1

Synthesis

Copper phthalocyanine is built up from the base reaction and purified to remove unreacted intermediates.

Stage 2

Crystallization

The crude pigment is conditioned into the required crystal form — alpha, stabilized alpha, or beta.

Stage 3

Milling

Particle size is reduced and narrowed to the distribution needed for the target shade and gloss.

Stage 4

Quality testing

Each batch is checked for shade, strength, and fastness against a reference standard before release.

Stage 5

Packaging

Product is packed to bag, drum, or container-load format for domestic dispatch and export.

Batch-to-batch consistency

Every release is checked against a retained reference standard for shade and strength before it leaves the plant.

Export packaging

Moisture-protected bags and drums, palletised or container-loaded, built for sea freight.

Documentation on request

Certificate of Analysis, MSDS, and shade comparison samples are supplied with every order.
